In Store Journey

Overview

My Team and I was asked to develop a competitive digital device landscape for current retail space. This was developed in a deck format that allowed the team and stakeholders to collaborate on findings.

Problem

My team and I was asked to look at the digital device competitive landscape from the lens of the customer.

The goal was to develop a deck that allowed the team and the customer experience business stakeholders to collaborate and discuss in-store digital journey.

Actions

I served as the UX manager for this project which meant planning and executions of:

    • Developing Archetypes
    • Conducting Landscape Analysis
    • Presenting findings to stakeholders and team
    • Creating and framing the Journey
    • Creating Storyboards
    • Final Deck Presentation

Results

The initial phase of the UX strategy project validated our assumptions. It allowed the team to leverage findings for the product roadmap so that we could continue defining goals for user needs and any impact on the business.

This was the first phase of exploration. My team is now exploring some value proposition strategy work. And with alignment with stakeholder’s the next phase of this exercise will start to innovate on micro-level and then eventually macro-level explorations.
