Design Leader | UX + Product Designer
Overview
I create products that simplify complex work. I collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to design enterprise software, developer platforms, employee experiences, retail technology, and AI-driven products that improve workplace efficiency. My experience includes building UX organizations, leading multidisciplinary teams, establishing design systems and governance, modernizing operating models, and helping organizations transition from isolated design efforts to scalable product practices.
I have successfully led initiatives in global enterprises, effectively balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical realities. My goal has always been to create environments where designers can excel. I find great satisfaction in tackling both challenging organizational issues and product-related problems. Whether I’m improving developer productivity, modernizing internal platforms, or helping executives shape product strategy, I focus on creating experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes.

My Professional Philosophy
Great products aren’t developed through design alone; they are the result of collaboration between product, engineering, research, and business teams that share a clear understanding of the problem at hand. My role is to unite these perspectives, empower teams to act confidently, and create experiences that are useful, scalable, and measurable.
